GOLDEN RULE WHILE PUTTING A SUIT, SHIRT & TIE TOGETHER

AUTHOR: AVIK ROY

One Plain – Two Patterned…

What does it mean?  Out of the THREE pieces of garments, i.e. Suit, Shirt, Tie…… It’s a good idea to wear any two garments with patterns (stripe, check, print) and the third garment could be in plains. If this simple trick is kept in mind, putting together a look becomes a lot easier!

In these combinations, both the tie and the shirt are patterned and hence the suit is restricted to a solid color.

Similarly, in these combinations, the shirt is restricted to a solid shade of white because the Suit & the Tie are patterned.
